The LTC team shares a passion for coming along side people who have a desire to see positive change happen in their health and the health of their families by helping them change current habits to create a better life for the long term. We educate people on the value of a whole food lifestyle (or what we like to call creation-based eating) and developing daily practices that extend beyond the kitchen. Each of our families have implemented changes gradually as we’ve learned and have seen it be most successful when the family unit embraces change together. As we saw the benefits in our own lives it created within us the desire to share with others and encourage them on their journey to live well and be well.

Courtney has loved a made from scratch meal since she was a little girl and grew up experimenting in the kitchen. Her love of flavor profiles and simple, whole food ingredients served her well when her 2-year-old’s health began to decline and she had to learn how to feed her family in a completely new way; omitting things for a time like grains, eggs and dairy. It ignited within her a desire to understand how our bodies were created and how our daily choices can impact how our body feels. Over the last 10 years, Courtney has seen first-hand how food can truly be medicine, but loves that God created the food that nourishes us to also taste delicious. She’s learned that where your food comes from and how it was raised or grown matters just as much as what you’re eating. She welcomes the opportunity to share what she’s learned, the changes she’s made, and the benefits she’s seen. Read more about Courtney here.

Christopher grew up on a dairy farm in southwestern Wisconsin working alongside his family and playing sports. He’s always valued taking care of his body as an athlete but in 2019 he experienced some serious health issues that caused him to examine what he put in and on his body in a new way. As he began making connections about how food impacted his symptoms he made adjustments to the food he was eating and considered how the animal was raised, if fruits and vegetables were organic, if foods were processed and how much sugar he ingested. Experiencing the positive impact of whole foods, quality supplements and household products free from harsh chemicals peaked his curiosity and he found podcasts, Youtube channels, newsletters and more that he could learn from. Christopher enjoys helping people make wise choices in their finances, habits and life. He has a passion for mentoring young men through sports and watching them grow into men of strong character.
